I love my red handbags. Most of my friends swear that they will never buy a red purse because they say that red purses either look tacky or they just don’t like the color, but that is fine. I carry my favourite red handbag and I have received many compliments about it. Ever since I bought this red leather handbag I have had a problem with picking something else that I like better when I am on my way out the door. I can’t help it; I just like my red bag so much. I decided to write this article to everyone out there that are just like my friends, and don’t understand my love for red handbags.

First off, red leather handbags are great for women that are dark haired, or that have light brown or auburn hair. The color of those red bags accentuates the highlights in my hair and I just love it. This effect can work on blondes and ladies that have black hair as well, but they will be disappointed to find out that it doesn’t work quite as well.

I like to wear colourful and dark clothing, so red handbags go great with my style. I don’t like to wear white, or really any other lighter colors for that matter, but my red leather bag would go perfect with these colors as well. White to me is too boring and plain, and I just dislike it for some reason.

I personally love red leather handbags and I find a white handbag to be tacky but maybe it is just me because most of my friends have. But I just don’t like it – I would much rather add a red purse in my collection of red handbags instead. It looks so boring, and to me it looks like something that my Grandmother would be wearing. On the other hand, a black handbag I feel is something that should be worn when you are out at night. When you are going out for dinner, to a club with friends, or a formal party I can always imagine carrying a black handbag. Of course, that doesn’t mean that a red patent leather handbag wouldn’t work equally well. That is the beauty of red handbags in my opinion. You can take your red purses wherever!

Also, to be using black handbags instead of a red handbag when you are going out for lunch with the girls, or just booting around town to get some errands done is not right. It looks out of place. A red bag looks good for any of those occasions. It has a “magic power” to somehow compliment whatever you are wearing, whether it is jeans and a t-shirt or even a bridesmaids dress! I find that the color of a red handbag will always look good no matter what you throw at it.

Red leather handbags can look great for any occasion and the color red can compliment your style and your taste. Before you go out the door, be sure to not forget your red handbags.
